Gender Climate Tracker

About this project

The Gender Climate Tracker is a global resource that monitors women's participation in climate negotiations and tracks progress on gender-responsive climate policy. WEDO built it as an advocacy tool, and it's now used by delegations, researchers, and civil society organizations worldwide. We designed and developed the platform to surface over 25 years of participation data across 190+ countries in a way that's both rigorous and approachable. The interface makes it easy to explore trends, compare countries, and find the specific data points that fuel advocacy work at the UN and beyond.
