This policy covers mobility-labs.com, the website of Mobility Labs LLC. It explains what we collect when you visit or contact us, and what we do with it. We don’t sell or rent personal information, and we don’t use it for advertising.
What you send us
When you use our contact form, we receive your name, email address and message, plus your organization and project type if you add them. We use this only to reply to you and to discuss possible work together. If you email us directly, we receive what you send.
What we measure
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how people use the site: which pages are visited, how visitors arrive, and general information such as approximate location (city or region), browser and device type. Google Analytics sets first-party cookies to tell visits apart. It doesn’t give us your name or email address, and Google says Google Analytics 4 doesn’t log or store IP addresses. We keep this data for two months, and we haven’t turned on Google’s advertising features.
To opt out, block cookies in your browser or install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
Who processes it
- Netlify hosts the site, receives contact form submissions and keeps standard server logs.
- Google provides Google Analytics.
We don’t share personal information with anyone else unless the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep contact form messages for as long as we need them to reply and follow up, and delete them when you ask. Analytics data is deleted automatically after two months.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing hello@mobility-labs.com. We’ll reply within 30 days.
Changes
If we change this policy, we’ll update it on this page and change the effective date above.
