Prosecutor-Led Diversion

About this project

The National District Attorneys Association needed a platform to support prosecutors exploring diversion programs — alternatives to traditional prosecution that can reduce recidivism and improve outcomes for communities. We built a resource hub that helps prosecutors find, evaluate, and implement diversion initiatives in their jurisdictions. The platform organizes a complex body of research, program models, and implementation guides into a browsable, searchable experience designed for busy legal professionals. We worked with NDAA's team to understand the real barriers prosecutors face when considering diversion — and designed the information architecture to address those barriers directly.
