Evoke — Project-Based Learning Platform

About this project

Evoke is an online project-based learning game created by the World Bank to engage young people in solving real-world social challenges. Mobility Labs led the UX/UI design effort, stepping in at a critical moment when multiple teams were pulling the project in different directions. We started by facilitating a Strategy Alignment Day that brought together the fractured working groups, established a unified project plan, and improved communication across the Agile/SCRUM workflow. From there, we led collaborative design sessions that turned competing visions into a coherent product. The result was a focused, shippable experience that stayed true to the project's ambitious educational mission. As one team member put it: "Definitely the focus it brought to what tasks had to get done before launch and in general the reigning in of ideas from all over the place." That's the kind of work we love — bringing clarity to complex, mission-driven projects.
