About this project

Frost Solutions needed a ground-up redesign of their web platform to better serve their growing user base. The existing product had accumulated years of feature additions without a cohesive design system, and users were struggling with basic workflows. We led the full redesign — from user research and information architecture through visual design and front-end development. The focus was on simplifying core task flows, establishing a consistent design language, and bringing the platform up to modern accessibility standards. The result was a cleaner, faster product that reduced task completion time and improved user satisfaction. The features weren't the problem — the experience was. We helped Frost Solutions get out of their own way.
