HEXDI Compliance Platform

About this project

HEXDI is a compliance management platform that Mobility Labs co-founded to help higher education institutions navigate the complex landscape of export compliance regulations. The product includes a patented compliance tracking tool that streamlines how universities manage regulatory requirements — from identifying obligations to documenting compliance activities. We designed and built the platform from the ground up, drawing on deep domain research and direct collaboration with compliance officers at universities. The tool replaces fragmented spreadsheet-based workflows with a unified system that reduces risk and saves institutional staff significant time. This wasn't a client project — we co-founded HEXDI because we saw a real gap in how higher education handles export compliance, and nobody was filling it.
