About this project

Flex Strategy Group helps organizations build sustainable flexible work programs, and they needed a digital platform that could deliver training content, resources, and assessment tools to HR leaders and workplace strategists. We designed and built a learning platform that makes their methodology accessible and actionable. The platform combines course delivery, resource libraries, and organizational assessment tools in a clean, focused experience. We worked with the Flex Strategy team to translate their consulting frameworks into interactive digital tools that clients could use independently between coaching sessions.
