A big part of the Mobility Labs retreat involves reviewing our processes. We took a look at almost every aspect of the business to better understand how we do what we do for clients, for projects, and for ourselves. We subscribe to the belief that often the best way to understand something is to explore seemingly unrelated fields. So we rounded everyone up and left Medellin to head out to coffee country.

We visited a coffee farm (finca) and our hosts showed every aspect of the process, from planting to growing, to harvesting, and then on to roasting and finally preparation. While we learned a lot, the real goal was fun. Also, as frequent consumers of the high-quality coffee found in Colombia, it was great to see how much goes into the product we have come to love.
