There are a lot of online tools available to teachers, and we thought we’d begin our series by rounding up a few. We would love to get some feedback from teachers and others on which of these you prefer, and on any major ones we might be missing. Here is our first list:

Sketchlot is a web whiteboard for schools.

TypingClub is an online typing tutor, with a version for schools.

MathPlayground is a set of online math lessons/games.

NumberRumble is another place to go for gamified math lessons.

BrainPop has gamified instruction in several topics.

N2Y is a place to go for special education resources.

WizIQ provides tools allowing teachers to set up online tutoring.
